Validated parking is only available to registered participants that are not from UT San Antonio 

The closest garage to the H-E-B Student Union Ballroom is the Ximenes Avenue Garage. However, parking validations will work in any main campus garage. If the Ximenes Garage is full or restricted to permit holders, you may park in the Tobin or Bauerle Garage and still use your validation. 

Parking validation cards will be distributed at the registration desk.

Please follow the instructions below to use your parking validation:

1. Upon arrival, park in a campus garage (Ximenes Avenue Garage is closest to the H-E-B Student Union Ballroom)  and take a parking ticket at the entrance.

2. At the registration desk, you will receive a parking validation card  (please make sure to request a parking validation when checking in).

3. Before returning to your vehicle when leaving, scan your parking ticket at any pay station located in the garage.

4. When prompted, scan the validation card you received at the registration desk.

5. The screen will display “Ticket Paid.”

6. You will have 15 minutes to exit the garage after the ticket is validated.

7. Proceed to the exit gate and scan your parking ticket again to exit.
